Yes! Shipping is inclusive with all orders above CA$ 150. For smaller orders, the shipping rate will be dynamically calculated based on distance and item weight.

Yes we do!

We have a 14 day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in, unused with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt for proof of purchase. You may also be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

To Start a return, you can contact us at info@tippy-tappy.com to start the process. If return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. It’s important to contact us before trying to send an item back. Items sent back to us without receiving a return authorisation may not be eligible for a return. You can always contact us for any return questions at info@tippy-tappy.com

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We’ll do our best to make things right.

Exceptions/Non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants). We are unable to accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquid or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about specific items. We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way and easiest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a seperate purchase. Please note it typically takes up to 3-5 working days for the refunded amount to be reflected in your bank account.

Thanks for sending the item back to us. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and we’ll confirm the refund approval or the refund amount. If approved you will be automatically refunded. This typically takes between 3-5 working days, but in some cases, it may take up to 10 working days.

Unfortunately we can’t make this process go any faster- online transactions are complicated, and your credit card issuer needs to coordinate with a card payment network, which in turn needs to communicate with your bank to process and confirm the refund. This complicated process is called a “transaction post”. It’s extremely rare for a transaction to take longer than 10 days to complete.

We ask that you wait 15 business days since we’ve approved your return before contacting us- if you haven’t received a refund after this time, please contact us at info@tippy-tappy.com and we will investigate to make things right.
